Lovely, great hotel with excellent staff. A beautifully maintained and large room provided with the vending machine is located as well as TV. Savoury food for breakfast. The pool area is nice too. Smooth check out.

We had a great time during our 2-night stay at Best Western Watertown. The room we reserved was well-furnished and peaceful. We appreciated the complimentary fruit, the new mattress, and the convenient location of the vending machine.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave and coffee maker. The location was perfect for us, being close to my son's apartment, and the staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Watertown. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that my needs were met. The continental breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, which were regularly refreshed. The location was convenient, not far from the highway and close to town. There was also a fitness center available for those wanting to stay active. Despite a few minor issues, such as the sound of running water in the neighboring room and a lack of easily accessible electrical outlets, these did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and value.

The pool area and hot tub area will need upkeep. There is mold and mildew around windows floor and steps into the pool.

I liked the breakfast room because it was easy to find tasty and nourishing food. The room looked like a small dining room. Whenever possible, I choose to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. :)
